UPDATE - 02/23/2021: Calvary Chapel Ridgecrest is still planning on holding this year's Biker Blessing! We are still waiting to hear back from our local Police Dept. so please bear with us. We strongly encourage each of you to check this page and our Home page for any further updates! We will continue as normal until told otherwise! Please note that due to Covid-19, this is subject to change. We will send out our normal email soon and will also send out another one if we have to cancel. Thank you for your patience and understanding! -- CCR Staff.

The Biker Blessing is an outreach ministry held each year to minister to those who love the open road on 2 or 3-wheeled motorcycles.

In addition to a short devotional, the bikers go on a 45-minute bike ride around the Indian Wells Valley and are treated to a free BBQ with a blues-oriented band providing entertainment.

A portion of the bike ride consists of a police escorted parade from the church through the north end of Ridgecrest on China Lake Blvd. Several hundred people line the streets to watch hundreds of bikes roar through town.

This event is held once a year, usually the second Saturday in May.

Aside from participating in the ride itself, other opportunities for this event include preparing side dishes for the BBQ, registration, set-up and clean up.
